Section 50
Issuing driver's license

(1) The authorized officer shall issue a driver's license in the format as per schedule-5 to the applicant who has successfully passed the examination in accordance with section 49 on the recommendation of the said committee.
(2) When issuing a permit in accordance with sub-section (1), it must be clearly stated in the permit that it is allowed to drive large, medium, small or any or all of them.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, the provisions regarding driver's license issued to drivers of public vehicles shall be as prescribed.
